Refund Policy - The Basics

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

● Made-to-order pieces: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or if the customer no longer requires the item.

● Custom-made pieces: These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

● All jewellery items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once order has been placed, due to hygiene reasons. All customers are provided with 24hours to cancel orders once placed.

 

1 Faulty or Damaged Items

● If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photographs.

● All claims will be cross-checked against our dispatch records to verify the conditions before shipping.

● Items will be thoroughly examined upon return, and an outcome will only be provided after this inspection.

● If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as deemed appropriate. We will always try to satisfy our customer needs, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

● If we repair or replace the goods we will deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at no additional cost to the delivery address you specified when you purchased the goods.

● If we provide a refund we will pay it to the account you used to purchase the goods. Subject to the outfit being unused and unworn with all the tags intact as at the time of receiving the outfit. The refund for any items will be at our sole discretion and will be subject to our inspection team.

● Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
 

2 How do I cancel my order within 24 hours or notify Gopal Kanda Label of a faulty item?

● Email hello@gopalkandalabel.com with:

● Name & order number

● Contact number

● if cancelling an item- please state so in your email heading

● If your item was faulty or damaged please describe the issue arisen

● If your item was delivered faulty or damaged, please send any pictures and/or videos of the faulty item

We will aim to get in touch within 1-5 working days to find a resolution and provide the next necessary steps.
