Welcome to Gopal Kanda Label
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we make and supply products to you through our website and directly for custom orders.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms set out by Gopal Kanda Ltd.
In this contract:
• 'We', 'us', 'our' means Gopal Kanda Label (Gopal Kanda. Ltd) a company incorporated in United Kingdom with Company registration no.16440223
• 'You' or 'your' means the person using our site to buy goods from us. If you are under 16 you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before you register on or buy anything from this site. We reserve the right only to accept order from people over 18.
1. Introduction
1.1 If you buy goods on our site you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
1.2 You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons.
1.3 This contract is only available in English. No other languages will apply to this contract.
1.4 When you place an order on the site by adding your selected item(s) to the shopping bag and proceeding to checkout. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it.
1.5 Payment will be collected immediately upon completion of the payment process and an email will be sent to confirm your order.
Another email will be sent at a later day to confirm the details of the delivery of your outfit.
2. Made-to-Order and Custom Design
● All outfits sold through our website are made to order, regardless of the size selected.
● Custom design orders are available via direct contact with us and may include additional fittings, consultations, or timelines. Custom order prices may vary from made to order pieces.
● As each piece is made specifically for you, production times may vary, and we will confirm estimated delivery timelines when you place your order. We usually operate to dispatch items within 4-8weeks. If your order is urgent, please contact us directly- hello@gopalkandalabel.com
3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
● Made-to-order pieces: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or if the customer no longer requires the item.
● Custom-made pieces: These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
● All jewellery items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once order has been placed, due to hygiene reasons. All customers are provided with 24hours to cancel orders once placed.
3.1 Faulty or Damaged Items
● If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photographs.
● All claims will be cross-checked against our dispatch records to verify the conditions before shipping.
● Items will be thoroughly examined upon return, and an outcome will only be provided after this inspection.
● If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as deemed appropriate. We will always try to satisfy our customer needs, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
● If we repair or replace the goods we will deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at no additional cost to the delivery address you specified when you purchased the goods.
● If we provide a refund we will pay it to the account you used to purchase the goods. Subject to the outfit being unused and unworn with all the tags intact as at the time of receiving the outfit. The refund for any items will be at our sole discretion and will be subject to our inspection team.
● Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
3.2 How do I cancel my order within 24 hours or notify Gopal Kanda Label of a faulty item?

● Name & order number
● Contact number
● if cancelling an item- please state so in your email heading
● If your item was faulty or damaged please describe the issue arisen
● If your item was delivered faulty or damaged, please send any pictures and/or videos of the faulty item
We will aim to get in touch within 1-5 working days to find a resolution and provide the next necessary steps.
4. Fabric, Colour, jewellery & Design Disclaimer
● Fabrics, embellishments, embroidery, jewellery and finishes are carefully sourced and crafted, but variations may occur due to the nature of materials and handwork.
● Colours may appear different on screens compared to real life. While we make every effort to display accurate images, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish will not be considered defects.
5. Measurements & Fit
● Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information at the time of purchase.
● We allow a margin of 2–4 inches in each outfit to allow for ease of adjustment.
● Any alterations required after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
● For the most accurate guidance, we have provided sizing charts in correlation with each sizing brackets, please refer to this chart to make the correct decision when placing your order.
6. Aftercare & Maintenance
● Once delivered, the care of the garment or jewellery is the responsibility of the customer.
● We recommend making a note and following the care instructions stated online for each piece you wish to purchase. Damage caused by incorrect care, cleaning, or handling will not be covered by our policies.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
● Any personal or confidential information you share with us (such as measurements, contact details, or custom design preferences) will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
● We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
● Please also refer to our Privacy Policy (section 10) for details on how we handle data in line with UK GDPR regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
● All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Gopal Kanda ltd.
● They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Shipping
● We usually aim to dispatch orders within 2-6 weeks, depending on workload. We will be in communication regarding the estimated time frame of your order. If you have contacted us regarding an urgent order, we would have already notified you of the quickest timeline we can offer.
● Shipment is done via third party courier services
● Shipment for local orders will take between 5-7days after dispatch. Please note usually with shipping is dependent on shipping providers, if you need clarification for a more specific timeframe, please contact us directly.
● We will provide you with shipment tracking details once your order has been dispatched, for you to keep track of your order.
● Shipment for international orders can take between 7-14 days after dispatch. We will be in contact via email regarding the estimated delivery date.
● we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays in shipping relating to natural disasters, flight delays and any other external factors out of our control, that may impact the estimated delivery time.
MAKE UP AND HAIRSTYLING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
19. Event Details & Communication
● The Client must provide all necessary event details, including the timeline for services, at least seven (7) days before the event date.
● Any parking restrictions, fees, or other access issues must be communicated before the event. The Client is responsible for covering any parking/access costs incurred.
20. Travel Fees
● Travel is included within a 10-mile radius of Iver.
● Any travel beyond this radius will be charged at £0.60 per mile.
● International bookings will incur travel charges relating to air fares and local transfers, accommodation throughout the stay during events will also be payable by the client- all of which will be detailed on your invoice.
21. Allergies & Sensitivities
● The Client must inform the Service Provider of any allergies or skin sensitivities at the time of booking or no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date.
● The Service Provider is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin complications that arise due to failure to disclose this information.
22. Cancellation Policy
● The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
23. Liability
● The Service Provider - Gopal Kanda Ltd will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and professional service but will not be held responsible for any injuries.
● The Client agrees to release the Service Provider from any liability related to skin reactions, sensitivities, or other issues arising after the service.
24. Scope of Services & Bridal Preparation
● All packages booked with Gopal Kanda Ltd cover only the services explicitly included, such as makeup application, hairstyling, and styling as outlined in your booking. Additional services, including but not limited to steaming, ironing, or handling outfits, and styling of individuals not listed on your invoice, are not included and must be arranged separately if required.
● For bridal bookings, only the bride and necessary members of the bridal party involved in the services should be present during the preparation. No additional guests should be in attendance, in order to ensure a calm, focused environment and avoid distractions while the bride is being prepared for her special day.
● Gopal Kanda Ltd reserves the right to pause or reschedule services if interruptions or additional requests outside the booked services significantly impact the timing or quality of service.
25. Complaints
At Gopal Kanda Label, we are committed to delivering the highest level of service and craftsmanship to each of our clients. Your complaint will be handled with care, discretion, and professionalism, and we will endeavour to respond promptly to resolve the matter.
